Who operates this site

Rincón del Mar ("we") operates the site rincondelmar.club. For any privacy questions, write to hola@rincondelmar.club.

• Quote / contact form: name, email, message, tentative dates, and group size.
• Bookings: email, name, optional phone, preferred language.
• Payments: Mercado Pago processes payments. We do not store card data on our servers.
• Technical data: IP, user-agent, and referrer page for basic analytics and abuse prevention.

How we use your data

• Reply to your quote or booking request.
• Coordinate your stay (check-in, chef, transport).
• Send confirmations, reminders, and payment receipts.
• Notify you if a waitlisted property opens availability — only if you requested this.

Who we share with

• Mercado Pago — payment processor.
• Resend — transactional email delivery.
• Cloudflare — hosting, CDN, anti-bot.
• Beds24 — booking and availability system.

We do not sell or share your data for third-party marketing purposes.

Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies for:

• Authenticated session (when you sign in via magic link).
• Language preference (es / en).

We do not use marketing cookies or third-party advertising cookies.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, or object to processing of your personal data. To exercise these rights, write to hola@rincondelmar.club and we'll respond within 20 business days.

Retention

We keep booking data as long as the contractual relationship is active and for the legally required period (5 years for tax purposes). Quote emails with no booking are deleted after 12 months.

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we'll change the date above. We won't reduce your rights without your explicit consent.
