Long table set with grilled fish, shrimp, red wine and a floral arrangement at Rincón del Mar

Three days without cooking or washing a plate

The chef, the cook and the house attendant come with the house. You only pay for groceries.

Eating out costs more than the house

A group of 27 people, 3 nights, leaving from CDMX:

At restaurants: $72,900. At the house: $21,300.
The difference pays for the whole house.

July 2026 prices, measured on real purchases.

In today's live figures: a seafood meal in Acapulco costs $350–600 per person. One meal. Here, with $250–280 per person per night, you eat all three meals of the day, at your table, with the sea in front of you.

None of these quite fit? We build yours. The kitchen does a lot more than what fits in seven menus: pancita, tacos gobernador, spaghetti with octopus, zarandeado fish, paella, butterfly shrimp. Just ask.

Beach banquet at sunset with a large group celebrating by the sea

70% of groups come to celebrate something

A birthday, an anniversary, a bachelorette trip, a reunion that had been pending for years. The kitchen is built around that: the menu, the schedule, even the cake if they ask. It's not logistics — it's the reason the table matters.

Nine years hosting groups

  • 9 years as an Airbnb Superhost.
  • 4.76–4.88 stars rating across the houses.
  • Celene, the chef, has been cooking for guests here for 4 years.

What it costs and how you pay

~$250–280 per person, per night. It's an estimate, not a budget: you pay exactly what the market and supermarket receipts say, not a peso more.

  • Paid in cash, on arrival, against the purchase receipts.
  • Tortillas and ice are separate — set some cash aside for that.
  • Alcohol isn't in that range. It can be added to the list if you want.
  • Larger groups bring the average down; groups with heavy breakfasts and seafood dinners bring it up.
How the kitchen works

This avoids 90% of the misunderstandings.

  • Breakfast starts at 9, freshly made.
  • Two dishes per meal, done well, not a lukewarm buffet.
  • The day you arrive we welcome you with a combined lunch-dinner. You arrive and sit down.
  • Dinners are light — after seafood all day, it's appreciated.
  • Every main dish comes with rice and salad, without asking.

And two schedules that don't move: check-in 3:00 pm, check-out 11:00 am.
