About Huerta Cocotera
Huerta Cocotera is our cabin-farm: one hectare of land with a pool among the palms, private beach palapa, coconut palms, and farm animals living here (3 sheep, 3 goats, and Prieta — our dog). Capacity for 9 people in 2 bedrooms (5 beds), comfortable for 6-8.
An intimate pool of about 2 × 3 m and 1.70 m deep, with a bench inside to sit and chat waist-deep in the water, surrounded by coconut palms. Next to it, the palapa with hammocks and a wooden dining table. At sunset, the light through the palms is one of the most beautiful things you will see.
It's different from our other homes. Designed for comfortable small groups: families with kids, groups of friends on a relaxed plan, creative getaways. The vibe is rural-tropical, not luxury hotel.
Beachfront: one-hectare property with direct beach access. It has one bathroom for the two bedrooms.

33% del total al reservar (no reembolsable), otro 33% a más tardar 30 días antes de la llegada y el 33% restante a la llegada. Si reservas con 30 días o menos de anticipación, el anticipo es de 66% y el resto a la llegada. Sin anticipo, la casa queda apartada 24 horas y luego se libera.
