About Casa Chamán
Casa Chamán is our fifth property. Unlike the other 4 (all in Pie de la Cuesta), Chamán is in Punta Gorda, inside the historic Fraccionamiento Las Playas — the scenic zone of Acapulco where Johnny Weissmuller, Errol Flynn, and John Wayne built their refuges in the 1950s.
Designed by Francisco "Fito" Santiago, two-time winner of the National Academy of Architecture Award (2012 and 2019), reference of the "Arquitectura Costeña" style. Casa Chamán appears in his list of representative works. Built on a cliff 85m above the Pacific: 180° panoramic ocean view, rocky coastline, unobstructed sunsets.
5 levels, 5 bedrooms, capacity for 15 guests. 5×5m infinity pool, open-air living/dining/kitchen under palapa, lounge area with 4 daybeds. Private gated community with 24/7 security. Premium chef included. Pet-friendly.
