Three formats based on team size:
Small retreat (8-30 people) — Las Morenas or Rincón del Mar. A whole home for your team. Ample common areas for plenary sessions, private bedrooms for focus or external calls, and the beach next door for the actual offsite.
Medium-large retreat (30-60 people) — Combined. Both homes together: 16 bedrooms, 12 bathrooms, two pools, room for parallel sessions in different spaces.
What we provide as standard:
- High-speed WiFi (enough for simultaneous Zooms and backups)
- A/C in bedrooms and common areas
- Chef + cook for 3 meals + snacks (Rincón / Combined)
- Daily housekeeping
- Private parking
- Generous spaces for working sessions (palapa, outdoor dining, lounges)
Logistics we help coordinate:
- Acapulco airport ↔ home transfer (trusted taxi, ~45 min)
- Specific catering (vegetarian menu, restricted diets)
- AV gear (projector, sound, mics) — external vendors
- Team-building activities (lagoon boat trip, cooking class, kayak)
Invoicing: We issue Mexican CFDI 4.0 electronic invoices with your tax data. 33% non-refundable deposit, balance before arrival. Payment: bank transfer or card via MercadoPago.
